Honda Technician

About Bosak Auto:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Honda Certified Technician to join our team at Bosak Auto Group. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on Honda vehicles with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions, communicating with parts department as needed.
• Communicate with service advisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.
• Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders.
• Supervise work of apprentice technicians as assigned.
• Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and notify service advisors of any changes to vehicle appearance or condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop area, reporting machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisors.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know.
• Operate tools and equipment safely, reporting any safety issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASE certifications a plus.
• A valid driver's license.
