This position involves:

  • Welcoming customers to our showroom.
  • Conducting follow-ups with customers who have recently purchased vehicles to arrange and execute Love-Encore e-delivery sessions within two weeks of their purchase. These sessions will provide comprehensive guidance on the operation of Subaru vehicle features and available documentation/resources.
  • Addressing any lingering questions regarding vehicle functionality post-purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting the Subaru Sales team with customer inquiries about technology prior to purchase.
  • Helping previous customers personalize their Subaru technology inquiries during visits to our dealership.
  • Explaining, upgrading, and enrolling customers in Subaru STARLINK telematics services.
  • Updating customer contact points with current promotional materials.
  • Utilizing and maintaining resources to support technology-related inquiries and provide assistance to team members.
  • Ensuring the customer lounge area is well-stocked with complimentary refreshments and snacks.
  • Delivering an exceptional Subaru experience in every customer interaction.

  • A valid driver's license.
