PAY RANGE:
$22.50 (includes shift differential)
HOURS:
Night Shift, 10:00pm – 7:00am Monday - Friday, with flexibility for day shift training.

EMPLOYMENT:
We are seeking a qualified Engraving Plating Technician to fulfill an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- ENGRAVING CYLINDERS: Execute engraving tasks with precision, ensuring adherence to specified line resolution and cell configuration. Conduct thorough inspections and finish cylinders post-engraving.
- CYLINDER LOGISTICS: Manage the programming and automation processes for cylinder handling, ensuring efficient transport between departments.
- FILE MANAGEMENT: Accurately copy and transfer files from the Repro Department to the DLS system, ensuring data integrity for engraving specifications.
- ENGRAVING LOGISTICS: Perform SAP transactions to manage engraving orders and coordinate cylinder allocation for various processes.
- PRODUCTION ASSISTANCE: Collaborate with production supervisors to address re-chrome requests and special cylinder modifications.
- EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of engraving equipment, ensuring optimal operational performance.
- WORKSPACE MAINTENANCE: Maintain a clean and organized engraving environment, ensuring all equipment is properly cared for.
KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic data entry proficiency.
- Comfortable working with chemicals.
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
