Overview

As a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise, you'll embark on a dynamic and challenging journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced business environment. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers.


Throughout the internship, you'll work closely with our experienced management team to develop your skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving. You'll also have the opportunity to engage in various projects and activities that will help you build a strong foundation in business and leadership.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee Intern, your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring that they are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
  • Building relationships with customers and coworkers to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Participating in various projects and activities to develop your skills and knowledge in business and leadership.

By the end of the internship, you'll have gained valuable experience and skills that will prepare you for a successful career in business and leadership.


Qualifications

To be eligible for this internship, you must:


  • Be currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than December 2026.
  • Be able to work 40 hours per week during the internship.
  • Have experience in retail sales, customer service, and leadership.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • Have a satisfactory driving record.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
