Job Title: Dai Financial Analyst Position

Job Summary:

Koniag Data Solutions, LLC is seeking a Dai Financial Analyst to support our government customer in Alexandria, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial management services, ERP systems, and accounting systems helpdesk services.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain, update, and provide help desk operational manual.
  • Use a ticket tracking and monitoring system to include metrics reporting capability.
  • Document, analyze, and resolve OIG DAI related issues received via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Transfer issues to the DoD OIG IT help desk when appropriate.
  • Reporting metrics and recommending focus areas for training.
  • Assist with user account management and reporting.
  • Participate in DAI system changes request testing and disseminate results of testing.
  • Assist DoD OIG users by working with DFAS in support of the DAI conversion related historical file cleaning.
  • Provide DAI training to DoD OIG DAI users from all configuration and maintenance phases.
  • Stabilize the new DAI financial system to a sufficient level of steady state operations.


Requirements:


  • Secret Clearance required.
  • At least five (5) years of experience with financial management services, and ERP systems/accounting systems helpdesk services.
  • At least four (4) years of experience with ERP systems, and budgeting/accounting systems and subject matter expert in utilizing DAI.
  • Knowledge of all modules in DAI with extensive knowledge of system support and financial management support to the financial management office and other OIG's components.
  • A current Financial Management certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in accounting or related field such as finance or business administration is preferred.


Working Environment & Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
