Legal Assistant, Alexa

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant to support our growing and evolving Alexa voice service. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide administrative and legal support to our business partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including calendar management and event scheduling
Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, and filings
Perform reviews of marketing content
Assist with benchmarking products and services
Identify and execute on legal and business-facing process improvements
Analyze, draft, and negotiate standard form contracts
Requirements
1+ years of professional or military experience
2+ years of administrative assistant experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks
Experience in a technology company or other legal experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $43,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $92,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
