Our pharmacy department plays a critical role in supporting these services by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Pharmacy Services:
Our Inpatient Pharmacy Department supports a wide range of clinical services, including medication therapy management, sterile compounding, and discharge medication services. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
  • Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients in the Emergency Department
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement medication plans
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Education Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and be licensed as a pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure. A PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or two years of practice experience is preferred.

Estimated Annual Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
