The Partnership Development Director is a key sales leader for Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, responsible for driving targeted growth year over year. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Partnership Development and Marketing, this role involves ongoing business development responsibilities, collaborating with leaders in the Corporate Support Center and Field.

Key Responsibilities:

Territory Sales Management:

  • Establish new business relationships to grow client opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Forecast and track sales activity, revenue achievement, and market analysis for the assigned territory.
  • Utilize CRM for client data management and maintain consistent client management communication.
  • Create business development strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences to expand brand presence and establish partnerships.
  • Manage RFI/RFP submissions and lead client presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transitions to the Operations team.
  • Research and recommend innovations to enhance the sales process.

Office Partnership/Management:

  • Collaborate with sales leaders and operations colleagues to facilitate the selling process.
  • Contribute to the RFP project management office and address client performance issues.
  • Assist in top-to-top meetings for high-risk client matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Culinary Sciences, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/partnership development with a strong track record of client attraction and territory growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to influence business decisions effectively.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Must have a home office within the assigned region and be willing to travel as needed.
