Job Summary:

  3. Merchandising and Visual Standards: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in a way that drives sales and meets customer needs.
  4. Customer Service: Model and reinforce excellent customer service behaviors and provide feedback to team members to improve performance.
  5. Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise to ensure that inventory levels are accurate and that stock is turned over efficiently.

  5. Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
