The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Strong communication and technology skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage deadlines and travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete all aspects of accounting, tax, and audit engagements for clients
  • Review associates' work and provide constructive feedback
  • Supervise and train staff on engagements
  • Develop knowledge in selected specialty practices
  • Leverage industry knowledge to drive business growth
  • Participate in practice development activities and execute administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience in public accounting or related field
  • 1 year supervisory experience preferred
  • CPA candidates preferred
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of organization
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year
