Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor's degree. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and data entry systems is mandatory. Excellent communication and human relations skills are necessary for success in this role.
