Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced senior firmware engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and optimize phased array systems, collaborate on proof of concept systems, and architect complex firmware designs. Your key responsibilities will include designing RF circuitry, creating automated test systems, attending bring-up campaigns, debugging prototypes, negotiating communication protocols, and interfacing with other teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering, and 8+ years of industrial or research experience. Preferred skills include experience with digital beamforming, DSP concepts, and board bring-up debugging. Additionally, you must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident to meet ITAR requirements.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
