Job Title: Moving Team Leader

College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving is a rapidly growing company with a unique and fun company culture. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Moving Team Leader to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Moving Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of movers and junk removers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of movers and junk removers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of moving and junk removal services.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the moving or junk removal industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.

Compensation: $12-$20/hour
