Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Operating Room department, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures.
- Monitor and analyze patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Graduate of an accredited BSN program required, Master's Degree preferred.
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
- Minimum of five years of progressing operating room nursing experience.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
