ROLE SUMMARY

This Financial Analyst position is integral to supporting the Renewal by Andersen operations, a multifaceted and growing retail entity within Andersen. The primary focus is to guarantee the precision of financial outcomes for Renewal by Andersen. This will be achieved through a thorough understanding of the business, proficient cost accounting capabilities, and collaboration with various stakeholders. A keen attention to detail and the ability to comprehend the underlying reasons for tasks are essential for this role. Additionally, this position will involve analyzing, interpreting, and aiding in the application of financial and accounting principles for planning and control, encompassing the following responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory assessments at the designated plant
  • Reconcile all inventory shipments to retailers
  • Balance reconciliation of inventory on hand and intercompany transactions
  • Support the annual cost roll and associated processes
  • Contribute to new manufacturing initiatives
  • Guide business partners on appropriate transaction methodologies
  • Facilitate support for any integration mapping and/or design modifications, including resolving errors

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong motivation for continuous improvement and learning
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and collaborative

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in cost accounting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Baan, OneStream, Business Objects, PowerBI
  • CPA or CMA certification
