About the Role

Gates Flag & Banner Co., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, videos, blogs, and newsletters, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns and customer outreach efforts.
  • Work with graphic designers and other content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating content, preferably for a small business.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
