Electrical Maintenance Group Leader

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the electrical maintenance group, ensuring the safe completion of mechanical integrity tasks, and maintaining safety and process instrumentation function testing, calibration, repair, and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities of the electrical maintenance group.
- Ensure safe completion of mechanical integrity tasks.
- Maintain safety and process instrumentation function testing, calibration, repair, and documentation.
- Comply with preventative maintenance tasks as related to the site's PM system.
- Document maintenance activities in the site's MMS databases.
- Troubleshoot and repair site DCS systems.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in industrial electrical and instrumentation technology.
- Documented technical training in areas of electrical (480V and less) and industrial instrumentation/automation.
- 7 years experience with safety instrumented systems (SIS), safety integrity levels (SILs), and safety instrument functions (SIFs) including IEEE 61511 compliance.
- 10 years instrument and electrical leadership experience.
- 10 years experience implementing NFPA 70E safety protocols.
- 10 years Seimens PCS-7/neo experience including controls troubleshooting of program, software, hardware, and all associated instrumentation.
- 15 years experience with MMS software such as SAP, Oracle, Chempax (preferred) or similar.
