Job Overview
NPC Global, a distribution company in the Northeastern United States, is seeking an Account Executive to join our expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and grow existing customer relationships while prospecting new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage and grow accounts within a pre-existing customer base.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to effectively communicate solutions to small and large companies alike.
  • Conduct on-site visits to provide personalized service, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Pursue new business relationships through strategic sales approaches and outside sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Full-time position with a competitive salary ($60,000 - $80,000 per annum).
