Job Summary:
The Student Experience Manager at Khoury College plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to students within our portfolio of programs. This position requires a strong ability to connect learners with university resources, facilitate engagement, and drive communication and engagement plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and program guidance to learners, serving as a key connector to various university resources.
- Collaborate with the instructional support team to enhance learner engagement and develop effective communication strategies.
- Design and implement comprehensive communication and engagement plans to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Organize and participate in live sessions, providing assistance as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collect and analyze learner success metrics, escalating specific concerns to the program manager.
- Assist with course registration and manage student orientation processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, administrative, and time management skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize data.
- Demonstrated business writing and project management skills, with experience working in a collaborative environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree and one to three years of related student support and/or operations management experience.
