  • Provide academic and program guidance to learners, serving as a key connector to various university resources.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, administrative, and time management skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize data.
  • Demonstrated business writing and project management skills, with experience working in a collaborative environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree and one to three years of related student support and/or operations management experience.
