Factory Operations Specialist

Emmi Roth USA is seeking a Factory Operations Specialist to assist in the cheese making process. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Repair: Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment used in the cheese making process.
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with specification and standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Constantly required to stand, walk, bend, twist, and squat.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus naturally or with correction.
Working Conditions:
- Exposed to a moderate level of noise that may make it difficult to concentrate.
- Exposed to wet, humid conditions with slippery surfaces.
- Exposure to food grade chemicals required for proper sanitation.
