As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to optimize efficiency and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain high-quality standards by paying close attention to every aspect of the production process.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline operations and solve production issues.
  • Regularly maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Document production activities to contribute to better tracking and analysis.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of operating equipment and production processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work within heights and pass physical for breathable air equipment.

**Salary Range:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
