We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the implementation of our electric vehicle (EV) charging program.

This role involves comprehensive planning, detailed reporting, active customer engagement, and administrative management of EV charging installations across a diverse property portfolio.

Additionally, you will collaborate with EV charging station suppliers to ensure all stations are fully operational and accessible for commuters to charge their personal vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on delivering program and services that enable efficiency and productivity to provide excellent employee experiences.
  • Be a trusted advisor creating strong partnerships and alignment between all stakeholder groups and partners.
  • Create and provide process and details includes training & reference documents for colleagues and drivers.
  • Drive collaboration and deliver services with a "Customer Centric" and hospitality mentality.
  • Serve as the escalation point for EV Service Equipment (EVSE) providers.
  • Perform Supplier and Partner Management to ensure service levels are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and maintain of all stations, including access, corrective maintenance, and preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Engage with and educate drivers, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor and control suppliers' portals related to EV Charging.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication of any program changes to key partners and drivers.
  • Develop and manage content for commute portals and other relevant websites.
  • Analyze data to provide trends to make recommendations, in conjunction with others to improve program and sustainability related measurements.
  • Partner with Engineering, Construction and Real Estate to ensure current EV strategy is considered in all acquisitions and new construction.
  • Provide input and partner with other departments to ensure current EV strategy is considered in all new expansion and tenant improvements.
  • Ensure that industry standards are applied to drive successful implementation of end-to-end EV charging program for the portfolio.
  • Be involved and support overall commute and transportation programs to offer comprehensive solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of G-Suite products strongly preferred.
  • Organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
