Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee construction materials testing and geotechnical projects from start to finish
- Work closely with clients, project teams, and laboratory staff to deliver successful projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocations for projects
- Nurture and guide a team of skilled professionals and field-based personnel
- Cultivate a robust local client base and expand professional network to drive revenue growth
- Take the lead in local and regional business development endeavors
- Craft meticulous field and laboratory cost estimates and proposals
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Construction Materials Testing, Special Inspections, and Geotechnical projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong working knowledge of applicable ASTM, AASHTO, and DOT standards and procedures
- Ability to work outside, maneuver equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds
