Role Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients by addressing inquiries regarding products and services, while also recommending additional offerings.
- Establish customer accounts by accurately documenting account details.
- Update and maintain customer records to ensure data integrity.
- Process customer sales orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare for customer interactions by familiarizing yourself with our products and services, participating in training opportunities, and seeking continuous knowledge enhancement.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and providing accurate information.
- Document customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist customers in tracking their orders effectively.
Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Young Dental products is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of NetSuite functionality and proficient typing skills are required.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
