Position Overview

Adecco Staffing is seeking skilled Machine Operators for the weekday overnight shift in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 11 PM to 7 AM
SALARY RANGE: $24 to $27 per hour based on experience and shift preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manufacturing processes and support operations in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of basic cGMP and ISO standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team focused on additive manufacturing while also working independently.
  • Operate a variety of manufacturing line equipment, including printing, washing, curing, and inspection machinery.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is essential.
  • A High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, or an Associate degree with less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with computerized systems is necessary.
  • Experience in a controlled environment adhering to GMP and ISO standards is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay details range from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour. Benefit offerings for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and additional voluntary benefits. We also provide an Employee Assistance Program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Our benefits allow employees to select coverage that best fits their individual needs. Associates may also qualify for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave or other mandated paid leave, as well as holiday pay where applicable.
