In beBee Professionals, we are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in the United States. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injury or illness and achieve optimal physical function.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong passion for delivering patient-centered care. With at least 1 year of experience in physical therapy, you will have developed a solid foundation in assessing patients' physical conditions and creating personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care and ensure seamless transitions between treatments.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and post-treatment care strategies to promote ongoing recovery and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports to inform treatment decisions and optimize outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the United States.
  • At least 1 year of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • BLS certification required; advanced certifications a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
