About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Server Assistant to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. As a Restaurant Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in a discreet manner.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
  • Break down, clean, and set up side stations and back-of-house areas.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of food service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40lbs.
