Role Summary:
The Sales and Service Advisor plays a crucial role in promoting and selling the comprehensive range of products and services offered by T.O. Haas Tire & Auto. This position requires adherence to the company's standards and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $40,000 to $60,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone, utilizing standardized customer service techniques.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately identify service needs.
  • Recommend appropriate services based on knowledge and communicate additional recommendations from technicians clearly to customers.
  • Promote the sale of services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating a thorough understanding of products and service requirements.
  • Provide customers with accurate quotes, including costs and completion times for approved services, and keep them updated on service status.
  • Follow proper procedures for cashing out customer tickets, including reviewing completed inspections and explaining warranties.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction regarding repairs and declined services.
  • Track returns, core returns, and warranty parts for customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
  • Possess or be able to obtain a State Inspector License within 30 days of hire.
  • ASE Certified Service Consultant Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Willingness to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.
