Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our team at Comfort Inn-Randolph, MA. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as required
  • Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply carts on a daily basis
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Perform guest turn-down service as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; some post-high school education or training preferred
  • Ability to walk and stand to a significant degree
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Pleasant, professional, and helpful demeanor
