Key Responsibilities:

Budget Formulation:
  • Engage with department leaders and executives to craft and refine the annual budget, incorporating historical insights, market dynamics, and organizational objectives.
  • Generate detailed budget reports that delineate income, expenditures, and essential financial indicators.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various financial systems and facilitate transitions between platforms, such as Zoho and QuickBooks.
Expense Evaluation:
  • Perform comprehensive analyses of organizational expenses, pinpointing areas for cost management and enhancement while upholding service standards.
