Role Overview

This critical team member serves as the brand ambassador at our airport location, delivering exceptional experiences for customers returning their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing world-class customer service by efficiently managing vehicle returns in accordance with Hertz policies and procedures.
  • Greeting customers warmly, assisting with luggage, and addressing questions in a friendly manner.
  • Presenting customers with an invoice and thoroughly explaining their charges.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns professionally using effective customer service techniques, escalating queries to Team Leaders when necessary.
  • Inspecting vehicles, documenting new damage or cleaning requirements, and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Verifying fuel levels and mileage, clearly outlining final charges to customers.
  • Collecting vehicle keys from customers, reminding them to remove personal belongings, and offering assistance as needed.

Salary Estimate: $25-$30 per hour

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles in high-volume environments.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with fluency in English; candidates fluent in other languages are encouraged to apply.
