As a Nurse Care Specialist at DAVITA, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis center. Your dedication and expertise will be instrumental in building meaningful relationships with patients and their families while overseeing a group of patients.

About the Role:

  • Provide compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and their families.
  • Oversee a group of patients and leverage a broad range of nursing skills.
  • Floating to various clinics during and after training.

About You:

  • No Dialysis experience required.
  • Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $64,000 - $80,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
