Job Title: Commercial Roofing Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments to gather necessary information.
  • Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for roofing projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and project requirements.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to ensure a thorough understanding of project scope.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present proposals and cost estimates to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and best practices to ensure our estimates are accurate and competitive.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a commercial roofing estimator, with a strong track record of delivering accurate and comprehensive estimates.
  • In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes, with a focus on commercial roofing.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
