We are seeking a qualified and experienced BE/BC Electrophysiologist to become a part of a prominent and multidisciplinary Cardiology team. This group consists of various specialists, including CV surgeons, Non-Invasive Cardiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and Advanced Heart Failure experts.
Comprehensive Cardiology Care
Our organization offers a full range of cardiology services in northeast Indiana, supported by our own heart transplant program and a dedicated research entity. The facility is equipped with two Electrophysiology labs, one hybrid lab, and cutting-edge imaging technology, including three advanced mapping systems: Carto, ESI, and Rhythmia.
Call Responsibilities
The call schedule is limited to Electrophysiology cases and is shared equally among the physicians during daytime hours, with no night call required. Candidates should possess proficiency in both fundamental and advanced Electrophysiology procedures, including device implementation. Experience in complex ablations, such as VT and AFib, as well as laser lead extractions, is highly desirable. Familiarity with Watchman procedures is an added advantage.
Supportive Team Environment
Our physicians are supported by a highly trained Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who assists with hospital rounding, triage, and procedural support, including closing and ILR implants. The team also includes an office Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses, an AFib navigator, a procedure scheduler, and Certified Medical Assistants, all dedicated to providing exceptional Electrophysiology care.
Advanced Procedures Offered
We perform a variety of advanced procedures, including:
1. Cryo and RF AFib Ablations
2. Convergent AF Ablations
3. VT Ablations with Impella support and epicardial approach
4. Laser lead extractions
Our facility is accredited by the ACC Accreditation Service, ensuring high standards of care.
