Job Description

At JRN, we're passionate about serving great-tasting food and providing exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to our company values and ensuring that all team members are aligned with our mission.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to achieve sales goals, manage labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a strong track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and a strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
