About the Role
We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
