KFC Restaurant General Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager at KFC. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
