The Guest Experience Manager, OEM at Romer Waikiki at the Ambassador is a key member of our hotel's leadership team, responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Respond to all guests' requests, problems, complaints, and accidents in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Motivate, coach, counsel, and discipline Guest Services personnel to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
- Operational Excellence: Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily, analyzing rate variance, and monitoring credit reports.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Training and Development: Develop employee morale and ensure training of Guest Services personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field, or a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience.
- Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience is required.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing. Must have a valid driver's license from the applicable state.
- Physical Demands: Light work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Romer Waikiki at the Ambassador offers a competitive salary range of $55.5k - $65.5k, depending on experience. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
