Job Summary

Lee Health is seeking a skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our physical plant systems and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage preventative maintenance and repair of physical plant systems and utilities
  • Coordinate shutdowns, initiate repairs, and recommend improvements
  • Respond to requests for general maintenance and PM trouble calls
  • Plan, work, and perform diversified and involved operations to install, repair, replace, and test systems and utilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Forklift operator certification and EPA 608 Type III certification within 90 days of hire
