We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Troon Golf. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring the exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Service Preparation: Ensure that all materials used by servers are clean and ready for daily operation.
  • Table Setting: Possess knowledge of the position of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges. Set tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards.
  • Food Delivery: Organize plates in the window and match each one with each ticket to run food out to tables.
  • Clearing and Resetting Tables: Clear dishes located in front of guests upon completion of course. Clear and reset tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, placing chairs at tables, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins.
  • Assisting Servers: Assist servers when needed.
  • Work Station Maintenance: Keep work stations well stocked of items and ingredients. Clean workstations, take out trash, and vacuum the dining room.
  • Safe Work Practices: Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One month related experience or training.

Other Qualifications:

  • Enjoy the challenge of working quickly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate good energy and motivation.
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.

Pay Scale: $17-24/hr
