Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and monitoring the operation of the Divider/V-Mag, ensuring that our products meet company standards and specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and inspect the Divider to ensure it is ready to operate
  • Monitor dough consistency and communicate with the Mixer Operator and Foreperson
  • Ensure doubles are removed before entry into the proofer
  • Monitor and maintain the duster and muffin-cornmeal levels
  • Inspect and align the Monkey Paws timing with the proofer cups
  • Scrape the dough flow hopper every hour and keep the stairs clean of flour and dough
  • Complete accurate and legible documentation
  • Communicate with supervision regarding any food safety or equipment concerns
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a food environment
  • Clear and concise communication skills
Work Environment

This is a 3rd shift position with a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $22.00. Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contributions of each Team Member and offers a comprehensive benefits package to meet your needs.
