  • Oversee program activities, ensuring compliance with technical and non-technical standards.
  • Ensure adherence to site compliance, customer service, program administration, and safety protocols in line with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Develop and execute maintenance and logistics strategies to meet customer and military specifications, guiding teams to achieve project goals.
  • Act as a liaison to assess customer needs, coordinating the resolution of operational challenges in collaboration with relevant personnel.
  • Engage in high-level customer interactions, assisting with contractual proposals and deliverables, and preparing documentation for technical reviews.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, facilities management, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Alternatively, an associate degree in a related discipline with 14 years of experience, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • High School diploma/equivalent with 18 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance engineering, technologies, and management practices.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance work.
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment, tools, and calibration standards.
  • Understanding of human resources, finance, and regulatory requirements in a multinational context.
  • Knowledge of federal contracting processes and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in word processing and organizational software.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance; US Citizenship is required for clearance.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
