  • Industry Representation: Participate in various industry, civic, and related events as a representative of the company to enhance customer partnerships, identify potential sales opportunities, and advocate for the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build effective relationships and collaborate closely with leaders from other functions, including Operations, Finance, Commercialization, Supply Chain, and Legal, to achieve sales objectives.
  • Safety Compliance: This role is responsible for understanding and implementing appropriate safety procedures through education, training, and adherence to safety policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in National Accounts.
  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
  • Experience with a manufacturing company is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and all levels of management.
  • A BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.
  • Work is generally performed in a professional office environment with standard office equipment.
  • Typical work conditions are consistent with an office setting.
  • This role requires 30%+ domestic travel.
  • Physical requirements may include lifting up to 15 pounds.
  • Position may require various physical activities, including bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and standing/walking on concrete flooring.
  • Physical ability to stand/walk for less than 4 hours may be required.
