  • Oversee financial operations, including labor costs, fuel costs, and maintenance spend, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure maintenance of records and compliance with licensing and safety requirements, including DOT, Federal, and State regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Monitor vehicle usage, ensuring efficient utilization of spares and compliance with company maintenance policy and procedures.
  • Control programs and functionality of ancillary equipment, including cameras, radios, and GPS.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the transportation industry.
  • Managerial experience preferred.
  • CDL required.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work early morning hours.
  • Must maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward fellow employees and customers.
