Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at ATC Portland.

About the Role:

The CNA will provide personalized care services to patients in various healthcare settings, working under the guidance of licensed professionals. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care services, including vital sign monitoring, documentation, and personal care assistance.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to facility protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain competency and stay current with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
  • At least six months of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting
  • Current CPR certification; additional health screenings may be required by client facilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
