Job Summary:

POS Professional Office Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Waterloo, Iowa. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation and updating of documentation, checklists, and procedures to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Provide top-notch quality of work with a customer-first culture mindset, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and productive.
  • Execute day-to-day activities and processes by mapping and scripting activities supporting new and existing customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain industry knowledge through self-study of new technology and techniques updates, staying ahead of the curve to provide the best possible support to our customers.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders in all aspects of development, delivery of updates, and new products, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Schedule training sessions and attend meetings as required, staying informed and up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the overall EPS infrastructure to prevent, as well as assist in troubleshooting and recovery when system anomalies or downtime are encountered.
  • Confirm customer feedback is captured for future enhancements or for follow-up as needed, ensuring that our customers' voices are heard and valued.
  • Identify new application opportunities and relay this information to relevant stakeholders, driving growth and innovation within the company.
  • Provide product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive business results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong business acumen, including strong detailed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present information effectively utilizing multiple types of media, including presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Ability to adapt to change and shift gears as the need dictates, staying flexible and responsive to the needs of the business.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize days' work, managing multiple projects and responsibilities with ease.
  • Desire to grow and develop themselves as well as their team, seeking opportunities for growth and development.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), with a strong proficiency in using these tools to manage and analyze data.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex problems.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

  • Competitive salary range of $50,000-$63,000, commensurate with experience.
