As a Customer Success Technician with Shazam Home Services, you will play a vital part in ensuring homeowner satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining a daily routine of addressing homeowner concerns, conducting warranty maintenance visits, educating homeowners on home maintenance and warranty performance standards, and resolving minor conflicts between homeowners and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and warranty-related activities.
- Educate homeowners on home maintenance and warranty performance standards to ensure seamless transitions.
- Resolve minor conflicts between homeowners and trade partners through effective communication and negotiation.
- Analyze and address warranty-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong people skills, including active listening, empathy, and adaptability. You should be able to communicate complex information effectively and work well under pressure. A valid state driver's license and reliable vehicle are also essential for this role.
