Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to patients with ESRD
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
- Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience
