About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a hospice LPN, you will work under the direction of a registered nurse to provide routine care and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient visits and provide high-quality care in a compassionate and respectful manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the care team, patients, and their families to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospice care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse.
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred).
  • Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.
