Job Description

At First Advantage, we're committed to empowering our clients to make informed hiring decisions. As a Customer Success Director - Transportation, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance on First Advantage's products and solutions to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Manage customer contractual documentation, including MSAs, Schedule As, and Statements of Work.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, including DOT and FMCSA guidelines.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, including DOT and FMCSA regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
